DriveCircle is an online platform that connects driving learners and instructors, provides test centre information and insights, facilitates community engagement, and offers premium features including test slot booking assistance.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Select at least one test centre during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

You retain ownership of any content you post on DriveCircle. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

5.2 Our Content

All content on DriveCircle, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DriveCircle or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Lifetime Premium and Payments

6.1 Lifetime Premium Access

Lifetime premium access is a one-time payment that grants you permanent access to all premium features. By purchasing lifetime premium, you agree to pay the one-time fee and understand that this is a non-refundable purchase.

6.2 Test Slot Booking

Premium members may access test slot booking services at original DVSA prices. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee slot availability.

6.3 Refunds

Lifetime premium purchases are non-refundable. Refund policies for other services are subject to our discretion and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis for non-premium services.

6.4 Lifetime Access

Once you purchase lifetime premium access, you will have permanent access to all premium features. There are no recurring payments, no cancellation needed, and no expiration date.

7. Test Centre Membership

During registration, you must select at least one test centre. Your membership to selected test centres is permanent and cannot be modified after signup. Membership grants you access to view posts, insights (premium feature), and engage with the test centre community.

8. Instructor Program

Instructors may enroll in the Premium Slot Support Program. This program includes dedicated account management and automated test slot monitoring services. Separate terms and conditions apply to this program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVECIRCLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveCircle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
